경인지역 산업위생 분석자의 이황화탄소 노출에 관한 연구

dc.description.abstract[한글]산업위생 실험실에서 탈착용매로 사용되는 이황화탄소는 중추신경계에 영향을 미치는 물질로 알려져 있으나 노출평가에 대한 연구는 없었다.본 연구는 2005년 9월~10월까지 경인지역에 소재한 산업위생 실험실을 대상으로 작업환경조사와 이황화탄소의 노출량을 측정하고 설문조사를 통한 건강 자각증상을 알아보았다.가스크로마토그래피(Gas Chromatography, GC) 분석시 이황화탄소 평균 농도는 개인시료의 경우 0.219±0.129ppm, 지역시료 경우 0.180±0.131ppm이었으며, GC 분석이 없는 날의 이황화탄소 평균 농도는 개인시료의 경우 0.055±0.054ppm, 지역시료의 경우 0.064±0.072ppm이었다. 개인시료의 경우 분석이 있는 날의 이황화탄소 농도가 분석이 없는 날에 비해 통계학적으로 유의하게 높았다. 대조적으로 지역시료 농도는 분석이 없는 날의 이황화탄소 농도가 분석이 있는 날에 비해 높았으나 유의한 수준은 아니었다.작업환경에 따른 이황화탄소의 농도는 개인 업무처리 여부와 사용한 피펫 팁 처리 여부에서 통계학적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다.이황화탄소 농도와 자각증상의 상관관계에서는 지역시료의 경우 노출농도가 높을수록 흉통, 두통, 피로감(p<0.05)의 증상에서 통계학적으로 유의하게 높았으며, 개인시료 농도의 경우 노출농도가 높을수록 현기증(p<0.05)의 증상에서 통계학적으로 유의하게 높았다.연구결과를 종합해 보면 이황화탄소에 노출되고 있는 산업위생 실험실 분석자들의 건강장애 예방을 위하여 분석자의 유해화학물질 전처리(탈착작업)와 피펫 팁 관리 등의 안전수칙 준수가 강화되어야 하며 수많은 종류의 화학물질을 취급하는 점을 고려하여 정기적인 작업환경측정과 분석자에 적합한 특수건강진단이 필요하다. [영문]Carbon disulfide used to desorption solvent at an industrial hygiene laboratory was known as substance that affect in central nervous system but there was no study about exposure estimation.Two studies measure exposure of working environment investigation and carbon disulfide and recognized health subjective symptom through questionnaire to an industrial hygiene laboratory which locate in Seoul and Inchon area during October and September, 2005.Carbon disulfide average concentration at gas chromatography (Gas Chromatography, GC) analysis was 0.219 ±0.129ppm, area free medical care occasion 0.180 ±0.131ppm in occasion of free medical care that is a dog, and carbon disulfide average concentration of a day that GC analysis does not exist was 0.064 ± 0.072ppm in the case of 0.055 ± 0.054ppm, area free medical care in occasion of free medical care that is a dog.
