한글을 질의어(Query)로 하는 의료정보용 Micro-data base에 관한 연구

본 연구는 보건·의료분야에서 시스템의 효율성을 올리고 프로그램 생산성을 제고하기 위하여 마이크로 컴퓨터(Apple Ⅱ plus)를 대상으로 한글을 질의어로 하는 관계형 데이타 베이스 모델을 설계 개발하고 이를 전국 보건소에서 사용하고 있는 결핵환자등록 데이터 베이스 시스템, 임상검사용 데이타 베이스를 이용한 정상치 연구 및 의무기록으로부터 병원 통계용 데이타 베이스에 적용해 본 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.

1. 보건·의료분야에서 시스템 도입전 적용분야의 방대한 기초자료를 분류, 정리, 이용할 수 있도록 수용태새를 용이하게 갖출 수 있어 시스템 분석의 대체 효과가 있었다.

2. 한글 및 한자 질의어에 의하여 데이타 베이스의 구조변경과 데이타 및 프로그램 추가가 용이하여 자생적으로 시스템이 진화할 수 있는 개방형 데이타 베이스의 가능성을 발견하였다.

The thesis is main1y concerned with the design and implementation of a relational data base management on APPLE Ⅱ PLUS for medical application.

The micro-DB desin, two interfaces are considered.

First, nonprogramming user interface is for users who use the computer system without deep knowledge. This interface is only based on a set of simple query which enable the user to access and update the data in a relation.

Second, application programming user interface permits to access and update a re1ation by calling upon a set of subroutines. Here, primary subroutines enable interaction between the programmer and micro-D8 relations, and secondary subroutines between micro-DB and data structure and Ⅰ/O structure.

To demonstrate the capabilities of the system, registration DB for TB suvei11ance, micro-DB for Lab research, and summary data base of hospital statistics from medical record is implemented and discussed as an evolution system, by procesing, access, modificatin of data and even data base which has several relation.
