종합병원에 있어서 약품의 재고 관리를 위한 수요 예측모형개발의 실험적 연구

Abstract

[한글]약품관리에 있어 정확한 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있는 과학적인 재고관리모형이 필요하다고 판단되었으며 이러한 재고관리모형을 위해 수요예측을 행하였다.

수요예측은 재고통제관리모형의 기본 요소이며 적합한 예측기법을 이용함으로 가능하다.

서울시내 Y병원에서 1983년 3월 1일∼1985년 2월 25일까지의 2년동안 사용된 전 품목을 ABC분류법으로 나누고 약효별로는 종합병원에서 많이 사용되는 항생제 (Duricef), 소염제 (Varidase), 비스테로이드성 소염제 (feldene) 3종을 선정하였다. 일반적으로 재고통제에 사용되어지는 수요 예측기법인 시계열 분석기법 중에서 단기 수요 예측기법인 Box-Jenkins기법을 이용하였다.

Box-Jenkins기법에 의한 예측치와 현 방법에 의한 예측치를 실소모량을 기준으로 예측오차를 비교하였다.

사례 연구 결과 현 방법보다는 Box-Jenkins기법을 이용한 예측치가 MSE비교에서 3종 약품은 평균 70.1%의 예측오차를 감소하였고 MAPE로는 현 방법에 의한 예측치는 실소모량을 기준으로 예측오차가 59% 벗어나 있었다.

약품의 재고 통제 관리에 있어서 수요 예측기법을 이용하는 것이 효율적이며 수요 예측기법으로는 Box-Jenkins방법을 사용할 수 있다는 것을 알았다.

[영문]The Scientific inventory control Model is needed for the offering exact information in the drug inventory management. The demand forcasting is a basic element of the inventory control and it may be possible by using an appropriate forecasting method.

First, we divided all the inventory, that had been used for two years (from March, 1983 to Feb 28. 1985) using ABC classification Method.

Three widely used oral drugs were selected based on efficacy of medicines; Antibiotics (Duricef), Anti-inflammatory (Varidase), and Non-steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Agent (feldene). For forecasting drug demands, Box-Jenkins method which is one of the most powerful time-series method, is used to forecast short

term demands, For selected drugs, forecasted demands based on the Box-Jenkins method were compared with those of the conventional Method used in the hospital during the last several years.

Box-Jenkins Method was proved to be superior to the conventional Method by reducing about 70 percent of forecasting error in MSE and 59 percent in MAPE.

Therefore, it is found that the Box-Jenkins Method is an effective drug inventory forecasting Tool.
