[한글] 저자는 5급와동 복합레진 수복에서 충전방법이 변연누출에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해서, 발거된 소구치 120개를 대상으로 치경부에 5급와동을 형성하고 광중합형인 Silux**(R) 와 화학중합형이 Alpha-dent**(R) 두 종류의 복합레진을 한번에 충전하고 matrix로 가압하는 방법, 한번에 충전하고 가압하지 않은 방법, 여러번 나누어 충전하고 matrix로 가압하는 방법, 여러번 나누어 충전하고 가압하지 않은 방법등 4가지 방법에 의하여 충전하고 각각 교합변연부와 치은변연부에서 변연누출 정도를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 교합변연부에서 Silux**(R) 군과 Alpha-dent**(R) 군 공히 충전방법에 따른 변연누출 정도의 차이는 없었다. 2 치은변연부에서 Silux**(R) 은 여러번 나누어 충전한 군들이 한번에 충전한 군들에 비해 변연누출이 적었으며 통계학적 유의차가 있었다 (P <0.05). 3. 치은변연부에서 Alpha-dent**(R) 군은 matrix를 사용해 가압한 군들이 matrix를 사용하지 않은 비가압군들에 비해 변연누출이 적었으며 통계학적 유의차가 있었다 (P <0.05). 4. 충전방법에 관계없이 Silux**(R) 군과 Alpha-dent**(R) 군에서 교합변연부가 치은변연부보다 변연누출이 적었으며 통계학적 유의차가 있었다 (P <0.05).
[영문] The purpose of this study was to evaluate the marginal leakage of class Ⅴ composite resin restorations by the changing insertion method. The cavities were filled with two composite resin systems in accordance with following four insertion methods, firsts, incremental with pressure, second, incremental without pressure, third, single incremental with pressure, and fourth, single in cremental without pressure. The composite resin systems used in this study were Silux**(R) /Scotchbond**(R) (3M Co.) which were light cured, and Alpha-dent**(R) /Enamel Bond**(R) which were chemically cured. All procedures were directed by manufacturers' recommendations. All specimens were thermocycled by alternatly immersing them in water at 4℃ and 60℃ for 100 cycles. They were immersed in 0.5% Methylene Blue solution for 24 hours, and sectioned buccolingually through the restorations with diamond disk into two parts. The sectioned specimens were observed with light microscopy. The following results were obtained. 1. No significant difference in the degree of marginal leakage was observed among insertion methods in Silux**(R) and Alpha-dent**(R) groups at the occlusal margins. 2. At gingival margins in Silux**(R) groups, incremental subgroups show less marginal leakge compared with single incremental subgroups and show significant difference between them. (P < 0.05) 3. At gingival margins in Alpha-dent**(R) Groups, pressure subgroups show less marginal leakage compared with non-pressure subgroups and show significant difference between them. (p < 0.05) 4. At occlusal margins, Silux**(R) and Alpha-dent**(R) Groups show less marginal leakage compared with gingival margins in all insertion methods and show significant difference between them. (p < 0.05)
