압박성 신경병증을 동반한 요천추 경막외 지방종증

Abstract

The authors report two patients with lumbosacral epidural lipomatosis with compressive neuropathy. The first patient had a history of two short terms of oral steroid administration and eleven caudal blocks. The second patient had neither taken steroids nor had any previous disease history. Both patients had experienced slow progressing neuropathic symptoms for one to two years. Both patients were managed surgically resulting in neurologic improvement.
