방광 밑에 있는 잠기들 중 전립샘을 제외하면 정낭, 정관팽대, 사정관, 전립샘요도 등에 대한 연구는 매우 적으며, 이들에 대한 형태학적 연구의 결과도 거의 일치하지 않는다. 더우기 이러한 장기들에 대한 한국인의 자료는 전혀 없다. 이 연구의 목적은 한국 성인 방광 밑의 남성생식기관의 정상 한국인에 대한 자료를 마련하고 이곳이 외국의 다른 자료와 차이가 있는지 비교하고, 이 부위의 국소해부를 밝혀 이 부위에 생긴 질병의 진단이나 치료에 도움을 주려는 데 있다.
부검을 할 때 이 부위에 질병이 없었던 한국 성인 80명에서 방광과 전립샘을 덩어리채 떼어낸 156쪽을 사용하였다. 해부는 필요에 따라 6-16 배 해부현미경 하에서 하였고, 조영사진은 콘레이를 정관으로 주입하고 정낭, 정관팽대, 사정관, 전립샘요도의 앞뒤 및 외
측사진을 찍었다. 사정관의 굵기는 마이크로필을 주입하고 전립샘을 모리트리크롬염색을 하였다.
연구결과를 간추리면 아래와 같다.
1. 정낭은 염주알이 길게 뭉쳐져 있는 모양을 하였으며 외형은 다섯 가지 유형으로 분류되었는데 타원형(56.2%)이 가장 많았다.
2. 정낭의 평균 크기는 길이가 32.7mm 너비가 14.2mm, 두께가 19.6mm였다. 정낭의 길이는 나이에 따라 변화가 없었고 너비, 두께 및 크기지수는 40살까지 커지다가 그 이후 작아지는 경향을 보였다.
3. 정낭의 주관의 길이는 50-77mm였고, 지름은 5-10mm였다. 정낭관은 주관이 꼬불꼬불한 정도, 덧관과 곁가지의 수와 모양에 따라 다섯 유형으로 분류되었다.
4. 정낭의 벽과 점막주름의 형태는 나이에 따라 변화하였다.
5. 정관팽대의 모양은 정낭과 비슷하게 염주알이 연속된 것같이 보였고, 평균 길이는 43.4mm였으나 오른쪽 것이 약간 길었고, 평균 지름은 7.1 mm로 좌우의 차이는 없었다.
6. 사정관을 형성하는 정낭관과 정관팽대가 만나는 모양은 Y 자모양인 것이 가장 많았으나 (43.7%) 서양사람에서는 정낭관이 사정관으로 곧게 연결되는 유형이 가장 많은 것으로 보호되었다.
7. 사정관이 전립샘 속에서 꺾이는 각도는 오른쪽이 약 135°, 왼쪽이 약 143°였다.
8. 사정관의 굵기는 근위쪽에서 원위쪽으로 가면서 작아졌고, 근위부분의 평균 지름은 약 2.3mm, 원위부분에서는 평균 1.2mm였다.
9. 사정관은 전립샘소실의 외측 또는 외측위쪽으로 열리는 경우가 가장 많았고(60.8%), 17.4%에서는 양쪽 것이 소실을 중심으로 각각 위와 아래쪽으로 비대칭으로 열렸다.
10. 전립샘요도는 중간부위에서 앞쪽으로 평균 약 155° 각을 이루었다.
11. 요도능선둔덕의 형태는 대부분이 뾰족한 오이씨모양인 것이 많았으며, 곤봉모양, 마름모모양, 원모양인 것들이 있었다.

There are a few studiea about male reproductive organs under the urinary bladder
except the prostate and discrepancis in results about these organs. Moreover there
are little data about these organs in Korean. The purpose of this study is to
obtain the data of the male reproductive organs under the bladder in Korean adults,
to compare with data of other races and to investigate topographical anatomy in
order to aid treatment and diagnosis the disease of these organs.
The material was collected at autopsy cases without the gross signs of
genito-urinary disorders. The specimens were resected en bloc with urinary bladder
and prostste from 80 Korean adults aged from 18 to 79.
The results were as follow:
1. The shape of the seminal vesicle was like a mass of beads and classified into
5 types. The most common type was the elliptical type(56.2%).
2. The average size of the seminal vesicle was 32.7mm in length, 14.2mm in width
and 19.6mm in depth. The length of the seminal vesicle did not change according to
age but the width and the depth were increased to the age of forty and were
decreased after forty years of age.
3. The length and diameter of the main duct of seminal vesicle were 50-70mm and
5-10mm respectively. The shape of the duct was classified into 5 types according to
the tortuosity of main duct, existence of accessory duct and number of side
branches.
4. The wall and mucosal folds of the seminal vesicle were changed with age.
5. The shape of the ampulla of the ductus deferens looked ]ike a chain of beads,
its length was 43.4mm and diameter was 7.1mm in average.
6. When the ampulla and the duct of seminal vesicle was joined to form the
ejaculatory duct, TypeⅠ with a Y-shaped confluence of the two ducts was observed
in the most(43.7%)
7. The angle of the midportion of the ejaculatory duct was averaged 135°in the
right 143°in the left.
8. The diameter of the ejaculatory duct decreased from proximal to distal part,
and proximal diameter was 2.3mm and distal one was 1.2mm in average.
9. The ejaculatory duct opened superolateral or lateral to the prostatic
utticle(60.8%). In 17.4 %, the orifices of both ducts opened asymmetrically, one
was superior to the utricle and another was inferior.
10. The prostatic urethra inclined anteriorly, and the angle between upper and
lower portion of the urethra was 155°in average.
11. The shape of seminal colliculus was usually lentiform, but club shape or
circular shape were observed.
