Abstract
[한글] 신원불명한 사체가 심하게 불에 타 단지 치아와 골조직만이 남아 있을 때, 치아경조직으로부터 혈형을 판정하여 개인식별에 응용함은 법의학, 법치학내지 과학수사실제에서 매우 중요하다. 발치한 영구치 치아경조직에 여러조건으로 열을 가하여 해리시험법으로 온도변화에 따른 혈액형을 판정하고 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 가열한 치아경조직에서도 혈액형판정이 가능하다. 2. A·B·0 (H)식의 치아경조직은 100。C에서 120분, 150。C에서 120분, 200。C에서 45분까지 열을 가할 때 혈액형판정이 가능했다. 3. 치아경조직에서 혈형물질은 150。C까지 열을 가할 때 온도에 대해 안정성이 있었다. 4. 치아경조직에서의 혈액형판정에는 40∼80meshes의 크기가 적당하다. The author conducted a study of blood group with teeth left standing at a high temperature by the method of elution test. The following results were obtained. 1, The blood identification from heated dental hard tissue proved to be possible. 2. In cases of heat-treated teeth at 100。C for 120 minutes, at 150。C for 120 minutes and at 200。C for 45 minutes for A. B. 0 (H) blood group, the identification of blood group was possible. 3. In cases of heat-treated teeth, thermostability of blood group was found to be 150。C. 4. The adequate surface area for the detection of blood group was 40-80 meshes.
