Abstract
[한글] 저자는 정상군과 알레르기성비염환자 및 감감작제로 치료한 환자의 하비갑개점막을 채취하여, 알레르기성질환때 비즙이나 혈액에 증가하는 호산구에서 효소의 활성을 전자현미경으로 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 정상군, 알레르기군 및 감감작군의 모든 호산구내에서 acid phosphatase의 활성을 볼 수 없었으나 호중구, 호염기구, 상피세포 및 분비선에서는 활성을 볼 수 있었다. 2. peroxidase의 활성은 정상군, 알레르기군 및 감감작군에서 모두 볼 수 있었으나 특히 알레르기군에서 강하였다. 3. 과립의 유출과 세포막의 파괴현상을 정상군과 감감작군에서 보지 못하였으나 알레르기군에서는 두가지 현상을 다 볼 수 있었다. 4. 이물질인 단백질을 탐식한 결과로 생성된 것으로 믿어지는 많은 공포가 알레르기군의 호산구내에서 관찰되었다.작제로 치료한 환자 이상의 결과를 종합하여 볼 때 알레르기성질환과 특징적인 관계를 가지고 있는 호산구의 주기능은 항원 혹은 항원항체복합체의 탐식작용이 있는 것으로 추측되며, 우리의 일상 임상에서 알레르기성질환 치료시에 peroxidase의 활성도가 감감작여부를 결정케하는 지표로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 생각한다. The Electron Microscopic Study of Enzymes in Eosinophils Send Ee Choi Department of Medical Science The Graduate School Yonsei University (Directed by Prof. Gill Ryoung Kim, M.D.) The author has made the electron microscopic study of enzymes in eosinophils in order to clearify the influnece of hyposensitization in allergic rhinitis to the activity of enzymes in eosinophilic granules, and the following results were obtained. 1. In all 3 control, hyposensitization and allergic groups, eosinophilic granules with matriy and crystalloid core in circulating blood and tissue was observed. 2. In all 3 groups, activity of acid phosphatase was not found in eosiniphil but was found in neutrolhil, basolhil, macrophage and glands as a form of coagulated activating colony of acid phosphatase. 3. In control and hyposensitizing groups, number of eosinophils were smaller than was counted in allergic group. Activity of peroxidase in granuls was weak, and granular out flowing and rupture of cell membrane were not observed. 4. In allergic group, eosinophil count was high, activity of peroxidase in granule was strong, and granular out-flowing and rupture of cell membrane were severe. At the same time, many vacuoles, which is suspected to be the result of phagocyte the protein as foreign substance, was observed. Judging from the fact that eosinophil has a specific relation to allergic diseases, and the activity of peroxidase that exist as an enzyme in eosinophilic granule is strong, it is believed that the major function of eosinophil is phagocytosis of antigen, or antigen-antibody complex. On the other hand, the fact that activity of peroxidase was weak in hyposensitizing group lead us to believe that the activity of peroxidase may be used as an indicator for detocting hyposensitizing status in the trestment of alergic disease.
