Abstract
[한글] 전자근관장측정기는 치근내에 삽입된 전극과 구강 점막 간의 저항 차이를 이용하여 근관장을 측정하게 되는데 근관내에 전도성 물질이 있는 경우에는 측정에 영향을 미치게 된다. 전자근관장측정기를 사용함에 있어서, 근관 내의 조건에 따른 정확도를 알아 보고 새 로 고안된 절연탐침의 효과를 보기 위하여, 교정 목적으로 발치할 36개 치아, 46개의 근관을 대상으로 3% H^^2 O^^2 습근관, 0.9% 생리식염수 습근관, 건근관에서 각각 상용탐침 및 절연탐침을 사용하여 근관장을 측정하였다. 해당치아의 발거 후 상아백아경계부까지의 근관장을 측정하여 비교 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 상용탐침을 사용했을때 0.9% 생리식염수 습근관, 3% H^^2 O^^2 습근관에 비해 건근관에서 더욱 높은 정확도를 보였다. 2. 상용탐침을 사용한 경우는 건근관에서만 정확한 근관장을 얻을수 있었으나, 절연탐침군에서는 근관 내의 내용물에 관계없이 정확한 측정을 할수 있었다. 3, 상용탐침을 건근관에서 사용한 군과 절연탐침을 ,3% H^^2 O^^2 습근관, 0.9% 생리식염수 습근관 및 건근관에서 각각 사용한 군에서 78% 내지 94% 의 측정 정확도를 보여, 위의 네 개의 군에서 그 결과는 임상적으로 사용 가능한 범위 내에 있었다. And electrically conductive material in the canal may effect on precision of the electric mechanism. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the accuracy of the electronic canal length measuring device under various clinical conditions and to compare the effects of the insulated files and usual files. 46 canals from 36 teeth which will be extracted for orthodontic treatment were used. Using the electronic canal length measuring device, each canal length was measured in 6 groups. Two types of files were used, the usual file and the insulated file, respectively in 3% H^^2 O^^2 wetted canal, 0.9% saline wetted canal, and dried canal. The results based on the data, statistically analyzed were as follows. 1. In usual file group, dried canal were more accurate compared to 3% H^^2 O^^2 wetted canals and 0.9% saline wetted canals. 2. In usual file group, the precise measurement can be obtained only in dried condition. But the accuracy was regardless of canal content in insulated file groups. 3. The group using usual file in dried canal and the groups using insulated file in 3% H^^2 O^^2 wetted canal, 0.9% saline wetted canal and dried canal have shown the accuracy of 78 to 94%. Therefore, the results of above four groups ware in clinically acceptable range.
