근시안에서의 굴절이상도와 안축장 및 전방깊이와의 상관관계

안구의 생체계측은 임상적으로 매우 중요하다. 이러한 안구의 생체계측을 위해선 최근 초음파검사가 개발되 가장 안전하며 간편하고 정확한 방법으로 널러 사용되고 있다.

이에 저자는 1985년 5월 1일부터 1985년 9월 30일까지 연세대학교 의과대학 부속병원에 내원한 환자중 30명 (60안)의 정시안과 70명 (147안)의 -3.00 Diopter이상의 굴절이상을 가진 근시안을 대상으로 Coopervision Ultrascan Ⅱ의 A mode법 을 이용하여 근시안에서

굴절이상도와 안축장 및 전방깊이를 측정하여 이들의 상관관계와 함에 안저변화중 myopic crescent(conus)를 관찰하여 그 연관성을 조사해 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.

한국 정상 성인중

1. 정시안의 평균 안축장은 23.94㎜고 전방깊이는 3.08㎜였다.

2. -3.00 Diopter아상의 근시성 굴절이상안의 평균 안축장은 25.76㎜고 전방깊이는 3.52㎜였다.

3. -3.00 Diopter이상의 근시성 굴절이상안에서 굴절이상도가 1 Diopter씩 증가함에 따라 정시안에 비해 안축장은 0.29㎜씩 전방깊이는 0.08㎜씩 자각 통계학적 의의가 있게 증가하였다.

4. -3.00 Diopter이상의 근시성 굴절이상안에서 안저변화중 myopic crescent (conus)는 95%에서 발견되었다.

[영문]

The ultrasonoqraphic technique is an one of the safeat, simplest and the most accurate methods of biometric measurement of the eyeball.

Ultrasonography of A mode was performed to measure the anterior chamber depth and the ocular trial length of 60 emmetropic eyes and of 140 myopic eyes of greater than 3.00 Diopter.

Interrelationship of the refractory error and the ocular axial length, the anterior chamber depth, as well as the myopic crescent(conus) was studied in 140 Korean myopic eyes from May 1st 1985 through September 30th 1985.

The results of the study were as follows.

1. The mean axial length of the emmetropic eyes is 23.94㎜ and their mean anterior chamber depth 3.O8㎜.

2. The mean axial length of the myopic eyes of greater than 3.00 Diopter is 25.76㎜ and their mean anterior chamber depth 3.52㎜.

3. As the refractory error in the myopic eyes increases by 1 Diopter, the mean axial length and the mean anterior chamber depth increases respectively by 0.29㎜ and 0.08㎜.

4. The myopic crescent (conus) was observed in the 95% of myopic eyes.
