SrCl2 함유치약의 상아세관 밀봉효과 평가에 있어 Epoxy Resin Replica 응용에 관한 연구

상아질 지각과민치아처치를 위한 예방치과적 방법으로서 염화스트론튬 함유치티과 불소이은영동법의 노출된 상아세관의 밀봉효과를 관활하기위하여 발거된 치아를 이용하여 인위적인 상아세관의 노출을 형성한 후 치아표면에 10% 염화스트론튬 함유치약을 이용한 칫솔질과 불소이은영동법을 6주간 실행하였다. 실험기간동안의 변화되는 치아표면은 폴리비닐실록산 고무 인상재를 이용하여 복재를 한 후 주사전자련미경을 이용, 복제된 레진표면을 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.

1. 복재표면의 해상도관찰을 위해, 복제된 레진표면과 치아표면과를 주사전자현미경으로 비교, 관찰해본 곁과 복제표면의 상아세관의 크기가 상아질의 것과 차이를 보이지 않았다.

2. 10% 염화스트론틈 함유치약으로 6주간 칫솔질을 한 경우 시간이 경과함에 따라 노출된 상아세관의 크기가 감소하고, 상아세관이 밀봉되어짐을 볼 수 있었다.

3. 염화스트론튬 함유치약으로 칫솔질을 하며 1주일에 한번씩 볼소이온영동처치를 한 경우 1주 경과시에도 뚜렷한 상아세관의 막힘과 크기의 감소가 뚜렷이 관찰되었으며 6주 후에 치아표면에서는 대부분의 상아세관들이 밀봉되었다.

이상의 실험결과를 종합하여 보면, 10% 염화스트론튬 함유치약으로 자가적인 칫솔질을 하는것과 예방치과적인 불소이온영동처치의 병행이 노출된 상아세관을 밑봉하는 효과로 상아질지각과민중의 예방과 치료에 큰 효과가 있을 것으로 생각되며, 레진복제법이 지각과민의 진단, 연구에 유용한 방법이 될 수 있으리라 생각된다.

The dentinal tubule closing effect of strontium chloride containing dentifrice and fluoride iontophoresis for the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity was examined. At first, some specimens which have artificially, exposed dentin surface by sectioning extracted teeth has been prepared and then performed toothbrushing to those exported dentin surface with 10% strontium chloride containing dentifrice, and treated fluoride by using an iontophoresing machine. In this experiment, dentinal surfaces were replicated every 0, 1, 3, 6 week by using polyvinylsiloxan

rubber impression material and epoxy resin repelicating material, and then observed through scanning electron microscope.

The obtained results were as fort lows.

1. For observing the resolution of replice, there was no difference in dentinal tube size between the dentin surface and replicated resin surface.

2. After the 6 weeks-toothbrushing using 10% strontium chloride containing dentifrice, the size of the exposed dentinal tubules was gradually decreased as the time passed and finally partially closed.

3. In case of applicating fluoride iontophoresls in every week during the toothbrushing using 10% strontium chloride containing dentifrice, there showed marked closing and decreasing effect of dentinal tubule during the first 1 week and in the 6th week, almost every dentinal tubule was closed.

According to the experimental results, both toothbrushing with 10% SrCl^^2 contained dentifrice by individual home care method and fluoride iontophoresis by preventive care method have excellent effects on prevention and treatment of hypersensitivity. And also, resin replica technic is considered for a good method to diagnose and study of hypersensitivity.
