Nylon, Silk, Chromic catgut 봉합재료에 대한 백서 협점막 조직반응에 관한 실험적 연구

dc.description.abstract[한글] 저자는 구강영역에서 많이 쓰이는 봉합재료인 Nylon, Silk Chromic catgut들이 백서 협 점막에 미치는 조직반응을 연구코져, 체중 180g 내외의 백서 ( Sprague Dawley strain ) 24마리를 사용하여 우측협점막 부위에 Ny1on, Silk, Chromic catgut순으로 서로 일정한 간격으로 평행을 유지한 채 3/8 circle, atraumatic, round needle을 이용하여 점막고유 층을 통과시켰으며 이때 봉합침이 통과한 거리보다 조직내에 매식된 봉합사의 길이를 짧 게 하며 양끝이 조직내에 완전히 파묻히게 하였다. 실험후 1, 4, 7, 10, 14, 21일재 각 4마리씩을 회생시켜 매식된 협점막을 절제하여 봉 합사를 제거한후 10% formalin에 고정하여 Paraffin에 포매한 뒤 5∼ 6μ두께로 연속절편 하여 이를 Hematoxylin-Eosin 중염색후 조직표본을 검정한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었 다. 1. 단선조 ( monofilament ) 봉합재료가 복선조 ( multifilament)봉합재료보다 휠씬 미 약한 조직반응을 보였으며, 복선조봉합재료중 Silk가 Chromic catgut보다 심한 반응을 나 타냈다. 2. 실험후 Nylon은 4일째, Chromic catgut은 7일째 , Silk는10일째부터 치유상을 보이 기 시작했다. 3. 실험후 Nylen은 7일째, Chromic catgut은 14일째, Silk는 21일째 치유가 끝난 조직 상을 보였다. 4. Chromic catgut의 10일째 소견이 7일째보다 증가된 조직반응을 보인것은 흡수에 따 른 소견으로 사료된다. [영문] This experiment was undertaken to study the tissue response of buccal mucosa to three most commonly used suture materials, nylo, silk, and chromic catgut, using 24 albino rats of a sprague dawley strain , weighing around 180 grams. The three materials - nylon, silk, and chromic catgut in order-were placed in buccal mucosa using 3/8-circle , atraumatic ,round needle, paralleling at regular distance. To embed the sutures in the tissues completly, they were cut shorter than the length of mucosa that the needle passed through. The experimental animals were sacrificed every 1,4,7,10,14.21 days postoperatively 4 animals at one time . The buccal mucosa was excised, and the sutures were removed. Specimens were fixed in 10% formalin solution and embedded in paraffin. Serial sections were cut at a thickness of 5 micron, mounted on glass slides and stained using Hematoxylin-Eosin stain. In light microscopic examinations, following results were obtained: 1. Monofilament suture materials showed milder reactions than multifilament sutures, and among multifilament sutures, silk caused core severe reactions than chromic catgut . 2. The healing process began to show from the 4th day in nylon, 10th day in silk, 7th day in chromic catgut , postoperatively. 3. Completely healed tissues were observed on the 7th day in nylon, 21st day in silk. 14th day in chromic catgut, postoperatively. 4. It is considered owing to the absorbability that the chromic catgut caused more severe tissue reactions on the 10th day than on the 7th day, postoperatively.-
