안모 성장유형에 따른 악안면 형태에 관한 연구

안모 성장유형의 분류에는 많은 학자들에 의하여 하악의 형태와 위치가 기준으로 사용

되어 왔다. 안모 수직성장의 변이에 따른 하악회전의 결과 후방회전을 하면 MP-SN이 커지

고 전방회전을 하면 MP-SN이 작아진다는 전제하에 MP-SN을 기준으로 성장유형의 변이가

큰 group과 MP-SN이 정상인 group을 비교하여 MP-SN과 다른 골격성 치성 계측항목간의 관

계를 연구하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.

1. OP-SN과 OP-MP는 MP-SN이 증가할수록 유의성 있는 증가를 보였다.

2. Average MP-SN group에 비교하여 볼때 High MP-SN group에서는 상하악이 후방위치

하였고 Low MP-SN group에서는 상하악이 전방위치하였다.

3. 총안면고경, 상안면고경, 하안면고경, 하후치조고경, 전상치조고경은 High MP-SN gr

oup이 Average MP-SN group 보다 컸고 Sella to 6은 작았다.

4. 총안면고경에 대한 하악지의 백분율은 MP-SN이 감소할수록 증가하였으나 실측거리에

는 유의성있는 차이가 없었다.

The author compared patients with extreme variations in MP-SN angle with normal

group in order to examine the relationship between the MP-SN angle and other

skeletal and dental parameters.

The results were as follows;

1. The OP-SN angle and OP-MP angle decreased as the MP-SN angle decreased.

2. As the MP-SN angle decreased, the skeletal and dental components became more

anteriorly situated.

3. In high MP-SN group, TFH, UFH, LFH, PO-MP, ADH increased more than those in

average MP-SN group.

4. The RH/TFH ratio decreased as the MP-SN increased.
