X-선상에 의한 한국인 상악정중부 과잉치에 관한 연구

Abstract

저자는 Mesiodens 106예중 128개의 매복 및 맹출된 증예에 대하여 성별 및 년령별로 본

발견빈도 위치 및 수적관계 형태 치관포경 매복 및 맹출상태, 맹출관계 매복심도 및 중

절치간 정중이개의 발생유무등을 치과X선상에서 관찰 조사 연구하여 다음과 같은 결과를

얻었다.

1. Mesiodens는 남자에 있어서 우세한 발생빈도로 볼 수 있다. 남자는 79예(74.53%) 여

자 27예(25.47%)

2. 연령별로는 0∼10세층이 43예(40.57%)로 발견빈도가 높았다.

3. 매복 및 맹출위치는 정중부가 52예(40.63%)로 제일 수위였다.

4. 수는 1개가 82예 73.36%로 제일 많았으나 2개인 경우도 24예 22.64%로 상당히 많았

다.

5. 형태는 정상적인 형태가 92예 71.88%이고 이상형태도 36예 28.13%나 되었다.

6. Mesiodens의 치관의 폭경은 5.0∼6.0mm의 중형이 67예 52.34%로 제일 많았다.

7. 매복 및 맹출상태는 정상위가 68예 53.13%로 제일 많았고 전도위도 48예 37.50%나

되었다.

8. Mesiodens의 매복율은 75예 58.59%%이었으며 심도는 평균 11.79mm이었다.

9. Mesiodens가 있는 예중 중절치간 정중이개발생율은 전예중 54예 50.94%이고 이개정

도는 평균 3.58mm였고 이는 Mesiodens 맹출도와 정비례하였다.

[영문]Dental Radiographical Studies on the Mesiodens of Korean

Author reviewed 128 cases of mesiodens of 106 patients through dental standard

periapical film. The main point of studies were focused on the Sexual and age

differance, condition of impaction, location, number, Shape, width of mesiodens,

depth of impaction, condition of eruption of mesiodens, and interrelation of median

diastema to mesiodens.

The following result were obtained:

1. Mesiodens were found dominantly in male (79 cases, 74.53%) than in female (27

cases 25.47%).

2. Most frequent age group was 0-10 years of age (43 cases 40.57%).

3. Most mesiodens were observed in the region of palatal midline suture 52 cases

(40.63%) close to the root apeces of upper central incisors.

4. One mesiodens was found in 82 cases (77.36%) while two mesiodens were in 24

cases (22.64%).

5. Normal shape of mesiodens was found in 92 cases (71.88%) and abnormal cases

were in 36 cases 28.13%.

6. Most frequent width of mesiodens was median sized type (5.0-6.0mm).

7. Normal impaction was 68 cases 53.13% while inverted cases were 48 cases

37.50%.

8. Impaction rate of mesiodens was 58.59% in 75 cases and its depth was 11.79 mm

in mean value.

9. 54 cases showed median diastema (50.94%) and width of diastema was 3.58 mm in

mean value.
